Q. How do I edit or update my account information? Ans. If you need to change your personal information, it is accessible by logging into your account and clicking on the edit account information link.  

Q. How do I check the status of my order? Ans. You can check the status of your orders through your online account. Please contact us if you find that there are discrepancies. Log in and click on the hyperlink showing your abbreviated order number. 

Q. What does it mean when an item is on back order, and how long will it take to get to me? Ans. If an item is listed as back ordered, it means that it has been on order longer than 3 days. We are waiting to receive this product from the manufacturer. The time it takes to get these items depends on the title and the availability from the vendor. We ship the item as soon as it arrives.  

Q. How do I cancel an order or an item? Ans. Email us at with any requests for cancellations. 

Q. How will my order be shipped? Ans. In Canada: Ontario: If two or more items are ready to ship, your order is automatically upgraded to Xpresspost. One item is shipped via regular mail. Rest of Canada: 3 or more items are upgraded to Xpresspost. USA:All orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail.

Q. Will American customers be charged in Canadian dollars? Ans. US customers will not be charged in CDN dollars despite seeing a CDN total tagged to their order. The credit card companies do the conversion based on the daily exchange rate. Any US prices shown on the site are estimates only.  

Q. Do you ship orders overseas? Ans. We only ship to Canada and USA at this point in time. 

Q. When will I be billed for the order? Ans. Customers are billed for orders only when the order has been shipped. If you have any billing issues or inquiries email 

Q. What taxes do I pay? Ans. Taxes are charged depending on where your order is shipped to. For example Ontario residents pay 13% HST. Orders shipped to US addresses are not charged any taxes. 

Q. Why was my credit card denied? Ans. Credits cards are usually denied based on incorrect information (expiry dates, wrong digit etc..). Please contact us at if you need to confirm or update your information. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Ans. This depends on the availability of the item and the shipping location. In stock items are usually shipped the same day, and delivery times are 2-4 business days in Ontario/Quebec, 4-7 business days for the rest of Canada, and 3-7 business days for the USA. 

Q. Can I use more than one coupon code per order? Ans. Sorry! Only one coupon allowed per order. Also, coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping offers.

Q. I only received part of my order - where is the rest? Ans. We ship the items that are in stock right away. We do not wait to ship the whole order together. If items from an order do not arrive with the first delivery, we are waiting to get it from the manufacturer, and will send it a soon as it arrives.
