Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: ships during normal business days which are Monday through Friday. Weekend shipment of orders is currently unavailable. Please allow one day processing when estimating shipping time.

Canadian Shipping Single item - delivered via Canada Post regular mail.  Shipping costs are based on shipping destination and will be calculated upon checkout. 

If at least three items from your order are IN STOCK we will upgrade your order to Canada Post Expedited at NO extra charge.

Canada Post delivery standards: Regular Post delivers within 3 business days locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5-7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.  Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to remote locations.

Express Xpresspost delivers the next business day locally and regionally, and 2 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

USA Shipping We ship USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received we'll take it back.  

First, you’ll need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will be unique to your return. To request an RA number please call or email our Customer Service team at or call 1-800-387-01184 ext. 7700 (Weekdays 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time). Make sure to reference your order number and items/quantities to be returned.

When you receive your RA number:
Package your return. Make sure the items you are returning are adequately packaged for shipping. Address your package to the following address:
Take the package to a shipper of your choice. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to ask for a tracking number for your return. We recommend that you don’t place your return in a drop box.
Upon receipt of the return a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.
** Unopened items can be returned with proof of purchase within 365 days.
** For Damaged or Defective product we will allow 30 days for a refund or exchange.
** Discontinued Product will be rejected if it is past “Disallow Return Date”
